1st Helium Leak Test Machine
The helium leak tester is used for the sealing test of the battery after top cover welding. The testing method is the vacuum helium leak detection method (a certain amount of helium gas is first injected into the battery, and the leak rate of helium over a specified period is measured to determine the sealing integrity of the battery after top cover welding).

Advantages:
- - Helium leak rate < 3.3 × 10^-7 Pa·m³/s, with the minimum detectable leak rate reaching 5 × 10^-13 Pa·m³/s, low false positive rate, no missed leaks, and overkill rate ≤ 0.5%, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
- - Excellent equipment performance: Good indicators for chamber surface roughness, vacuum pumping leak rate, and other metrics. Stable performance of the vacuum pump and helium injection nozzle, long cleaning cycle and service life of the sealing rings, strong durability, and low maintenance costs.
- - Comprehensive automation: Fully automatic functions for loading and unloading, helium leak detection, helium removal, and NG product isolation, improving production efficiency and consistency in testing.
