cylindrical cell jr winding machine
This equipment is used for the production of various specifications of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells.
After the positive and negative electrode sheets and separator are actively unwound, they undergo processes such as tension control, dust removal, static elimination, deviation correction, and monitoring.
The materials are then guided into the winding component under the traction of the guide rollers and electrode sheet feeding mechanism, where processes such as winding and terminal tape attachment take place.
The battery cell is then picked up by a robotic arm for short-circuit testing, optical counting, and finally conveyed out as a finished battery cell on a conveyor belt.
