    Advantages:

    • - The equipment cavity is equipped with an automatic detachment mechanism, making it easy to maintain and adjust the internal mechanisms.
    • - The cavity packaging station can rotate 90 degrees, with the sealing head facing the operation position for easy cleaning and maintenance.
    • - Liquid injection method: uses a ceramic piston for liquid injection, improving accuracy, stability, and injection speed. The piston sleeve can continuously operate for 30 days without cleaning.
    • - Stable performance: The sealing structure maintains stable sealing for up to 3 months of continuous operation.
    • - Quick changeover time: ≤4 hours with 2 operators (excluding electrolyte replacement time, operators must be familiar with the equipment).
    • - Low changeover cost: The fixture uses screw adjustment, and no parts need to be replaced. The robotic arms use servo motors for loading and unloading, with parameter adjustments for changeover. Minimal part replacement is required.
    • - A liquid collection box is located under the injection needle to prevent dripping.
    • - The injection chamber, vacuum chamber, and sealing chamber are all equipped with diverter plates and vacuum throttling controls to manage vacuum flow and prevent electrolyte misting or contamination from extracted air bags.
    • - The injection chamber, resting chamber, and sealing chamber use EPDM lip seals for active sealing, offering excellent airtightness, corrosion resistance, and pressure retention.
