Turntable Electrolyte Filling Machine

This machine is designed for the batch production process of automatic electrolyte filling and sealing of lithium-ion batteries.

The primary functions of the machine include: automatic magazine loading, automatic barcode scanning and recording of battery strips, manual input of electrolyte batch numbers, CCD positioning, SCARA four-axis robotic loading and unloading, pre-filling weighing, automatic flaring, closed-loop vacuum variable electrolyte filling, automatic residual liquid discharge, vacuum standing, vacuum sealing, post-filling weighing, NG sorting, and battery magazine unloading.

The machine adopts a glove box structure, filled with protective gas internally, and is intended for use in a standard room. The front end of the equipment automatically seals and connects with the preceding process equipment.

• The chamber sealing station can rotate 90 degrees, positioning the sealing head directly toward the operator for easy cleaning and maintenance. 
• Filling method: Utilizes a ceramic piston for filling, enhancing filling accuracy, stability, and speed, allowing continuous operation for 30 days without cleaning the piston sleeve. 
• Employs a heavy-duty turntable rotation bearing to support the turntable, with servo-controlled turntable transmission speed replacing the traditional cam divider transmission, preventing turntable deformation and ensuring chamber pressure meets process requirements. 
•  Equipment changeover time ≤ 10 minutes, requiring only one operator (the equipment features one-click electrolyte replacement functionality). 
• The equipment adopts closed-loop variable filling (automatically adjusts filling volume based on production data). 
•  Equipped with a wireless mobile secondary screen for convenient maintenance and operation. 
• Operator requirement: One operator can simultaneously manage three units (including visual inspection of products).
