Ultrasonic Welding Machine
This equipment is primarily used for electrode tab ultrasonic pre-welding and includes several key modules: a cell barcode scanning and feeding unit, a cell transfer and pairing unit, an adhesive application and inspection unit, an electrode tab ultrasonic pre-welding unit, a weld mark shaping and dust removal unit, an electrode tab cutting unit, a size measurement unit, and an NG (non-conforming) buffering unit.
These modules work together to ensure efficient production and high-quality processing of the cells.
